dc.description.abstract High level of Employee Turnover Intention is one of the prevalent challenges for many organizations in Sri Lankan telecommunication industry at the moment. Based on the pilot survey in CellCity Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd (CCL) the researcher found that there is high level of turnover Intention among the non- managerial employees. When referring previous litterateur sources, the researcher found there are some research implications given by previous researchers to further study the impact of Perceived Organizational Support and the Perceived Supervisory Support on Employee Turnover intention in different contexts. To address this research problem, the researcher developed two research objectives; to identify whether there is significant impact of perceived organization support on turnover intention of non- managerial employees of CCL and to examine whether there is significant impact of perceived supervisory support on turnover intention of non-managerial employees of CCL. The researcher carried out a census among all 63 non- managerial employees by using self-administrated questionnaire. Data which were gathered through those questionnaires, were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method to find the impact of Perceived Organizational Support and Perceived Supervisory Support on Turnover Intention of non-managerial employees. Based on the output of the analysis the researcher concluded that there is a significant negative impact of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Turnover Intention of non- managerial employees of CellCity Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. Moreover, there is a significant negative impact of Perceived Supervisory Support on Employee Turnover Intention of the said context. This study will make novel contribution to CellCity Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd to increase the rate of employee retention of the organization and to advance performance of the company among competitors. en_US
