Abstract:
Vegetable waste can often be found in Sri
Lanka. It can be either a waste of certain vegetables, or a
shortage of them. Farmers will overproduce a certain vegetable
without knowing the exact amount required for that period. As we
can adjust market prices on the basis of demand and price
predictions, accurate demand and price estimation for goods is
an important part of supply chain management. This paper
focuses on two main retail vegetable predictive areas. Each area
is dealt with using a range of machine learning and deep
learning models, and the assessment chooses the best solution.
Checking the origins of vegetables using blockchain in the
supply chain and the best selection of vendors is another
important area that we explore in our project. To address this, we
use the vegetables monitoring mechanism to increase
transparency within the vegetables supply chain and to choose the best supplier we use the weighted sum ranking Process.
