dc.description.abstract This paper compares widely used methods of estimating actual evapotranspiration from potential evapotranspiration and shows that actual evapotranspiration is approximately the same irrespective of the method used to estimate it in the dry zone of Sri Lanka. This finding is in line with the findings of a similar study in UK. en_US
