dc.description.abstract Milk is the only food for the young mamal during the first period of its life. In Sri Lanka milk of cows are available as fresh milk. Fresh milk has a very limited shelf life and is easily spoiled.Extra amount of milk is used as raw material to produce milk power, milk maid, chees, butter and yougert. Sweetend condensed milk is one of the best quality product which produces under hygenic and presevation method. When selection liquid product it thiknes means viscuss is one of the key role for consumers. Regarding S. C. M. viscosity vary during the manufacturing line of S. C. M. I would like to present what are the passibilities to vary viscosity through out this report. en_US
