dc.description.abstract Saccharum officinarum is a giant member of the graminaceae family and most of the characters are same in grasses, it is morphological and physiological characters are useful for the accumulation of higher sucrose percentage(C4 cycle and day length). The cane plant grow in wide range of climatic and soil condition. In the best agronomy practices such as land preparation, nursery management, planting, maintainces are very important to obtain high yield and get good ratoon plantation cane harvesting ,Loading and Transportation are very important factors during the factory procedure. During the harvesting green harvesting have more advantageous than in burned. As soon as cane are transported to the factory it is subjected to the milling operation. During the processing, juice are subject to purifying, clarifying, evaporation and crystallization etc. And finally white sugar are produced and after drying the sugar is bagged in wear house. In addition to the sugar, final molasses, bagasse and filter mud are the byproducts of cane processing. Here final molasses are used for the distillation process to produce the alcohol, baggages are used for burner operations and filter mud is used as a fertilizer in the field, because it contain high phosperous presantage.During the laboratory, main and byproducts are analyzed and determine the changes during processing and sought the remedies. en_US
