Abstract:
HACCP is a food safety and quality system which can be introduced.with view to
improve the quality of products and assure the safety of food products. Tea industry is
a one of world reputed industry and should be kept the quality of products in higher
level for better market price and to gain the reliability of the buyers and consumers.
At die application of HACCP system for the
Tea industry some time have to face to several problems related with raw materials’
hazards, because the factory was totally depend on broad leaves and it is somewhat
difficult to keep controlling raw leaves quality, to minimize the above called
difficulties supplier agreement for raw material and raw material supplier evaluation
through questioner paper were done.
If HACCP not properly applied ,then it may not result in an effective control system s
this may due to improperly trained or untrained people not following the principle
correctly.
There were two critical control points in the HACCP plane at the points of drier
temperature controlling, weighing of the ion content of the magnet
The remaining driving force for food safely are not as obevious as HACCP system
are implemented in food plant world wide it is important that these be done uniformly
to facilitate the global sourcing of raw materials and the global distribution o f foods
