Abstract:
A database was developed using Microsoft Access application software to manage NASTEC
Accounts. This database includes data input forms, view forms, and their related tables,
queries and macros.
Macros play a major role in this database; they were used to define actions and perform
functions in the quickest possible way. Macros were also used for saving the data and
opening and closing forms.
The Expression builder was used for performing calcularon and data entry, leading to
automatic calculations.
The accounts section of NASTEC should now be able to maintain their day-to-day accounts
using this database and produce reports for reviewing financial progress.
The database has been named NASTEC-AMSYS (NASTEC Accounts Management
System).
