STUDENT REGISTRATION IN COMPUTER RESOURCE CENTER PELMADULLA

Abstract

An automated system for Student Registrations is developed in order to computerize the operations Students Registration service of the Computer Resource Center pelmadulla. In the existing system all the operations of this center are manual, the proposed system is to enhance its services by using information technology, then new system will develop under the following areas of operations. > Periodical Registration > Personal File Maintenance > Recording of course payments Major aspects of the new system: > Relational database for data entry, modifications, deletions & editing > Quarry facilities of finding relational details of students. > Reports 1) Student’s personal data 2) Student’s summary reports 3) Subject & course details > Menus, data entry forms, queries & reports are developed using Microsoft. Access & Visual Basic. > System charts developed by using Easy Case Tools.
