Abstract:
An automated system library material acquisition is developed in order to
computerrized the oprations and enter the data if acquisition section of the university
of Sabaragamuwa.
The existing system use only a manual system. The system that developed consider
the following facts.
■ Library Material Ordering
■ Library Material Acquisition
■ Make arrengment of payments etc.
As well as use the relational data base for data entry and Quisk search , and also can
be get reports also.
When developed the data entry form,menus use the Visual Basic and system charts
developed by using Rational Rose and Easy Case fools.
