DEVELOPMENT A SYSTEM FOR COMPUTERIZATION OF ACQUISITION SECTION OF MAIN LIBRARY IN UNIVERSITY OF SABARAGAMUWA

Abstract

An automated system library material acquisition is developed in order to computerrized the oprations and enter the data if acquisition section of the university of Sabaragamuwa. The existing system use only a manual system. The system that developed consider the following facts. ■ Library Material Ordering ■ Library Material Acquisition ■ Make arrengment of payments etc. As well as use the relational data base for data entry and Quisk search , and also can be get reports also. When developed the data entry form,menus use the Visual Basic and system charts developed by using Rational Rose and Easy Case fools.
